Project Description
The challenge was to develop a system for maintaining information on my wife's 4H club members. The system had to have a simple easy to use system for keeping records as to who was in the club and how to contact them.

Project Goals
The program needed to be inexpensive to avoid putting too much strain on club finances. The program needed to provide contact lists and information to make sure that the club secretary could easily get in touch with all of the club members. The ability to print out mailing labels for club meeting notices was a top priority. Phone numbers, parents names and project information were also needed.

Secondly, she wanted the program to be able to produce some type of id badge that would allow the members to be recognized at various events such as shows and fairs where the club participates as a group..

Schedule
The project is now complete, or at least in the release stage. The cost will be $34.95, (WA resident add appropriate sales tax), plus $5.00 shipping and Handling. The following picture is the main input screen of the program. Thanks to Judy Bevaart, the program has the ability to track the number of years that a member has been a part of the club. It can send an email track a number of different phone numbers and keep track of committees the member is on.

When it is installed the manual will be installed in the program directory. The program will be installed as a demo/trial version. After you make payment, send the registration number that appears on the first screen to me and I will provide you with the code to remove the trial status.
